Purchase Terms
These terms apply to purchases of the VIP rank and Coins in the store on WorldTiers.net. Completing a payment means you agree to them.

1. What we sell
The store sells a virtual VIP rank and Coins usable only inside the WorldTiers.net Minecraft server. This is digital content with no real-world value outside the game — it is not a currency or a financial product.
2. Assigning to your nick
Your purchase is assigned exactly to the Minecraft nick entered at checkout. Please double-check the spelling — we are not responsible for a rank assigned to an incorrectly entered nick.
- The nick must match your current Minecraft account name.
- Once payment is sent, the nick on an order can no longer be changed.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by the external payment gateway Hostify. After successful payment, the rank or Coins activate automatically, usually within a few minutes. If activation fails, contact us via a ticket on Discord together with proof of payment.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final. Because this is digital content delivered immediately after payment, by agreeing to these terms and completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you lose the right to the 14-day withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to online consumer purchases.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including a wrong nick, a change of mind, or a ban. If your rank or Coins failed to activate, contact support via a ticket on Discord and we'll get it activated for you.
5. Bans and loss of entitlement
A permanent ban for breaking the server rules does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your rank.
6. Price and offer changes
We reserve the right to change prices, contents and perks of the rank or Coin packs in the store at any time. Changes do not affect orders already completed.
7. Privacy
At checkout we only process the data needed to complete payment and deliver content (Minecraft nick, payment email). We do not share this data with third parties beyond the payment gateway needed to process the payment.
