Purchase Activation
Paid in the store and the rank still hasn't shown up? Go through these steps.
01 Check these first
- That the Minecraft nick you entered at checkout matches your account — the rank is assigned exactly to it.
- Wait a few minutes — activation after payment usually happens automatically within a few minutes.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the server (relog) — the rank sometimes only shows up after a fresh login.
02 Still nothing?
- Open Discord and open a ticket in the support channel.
- Attach proof of payment — an email confirmation, order ID, or a screenshot of the payment.
- Include your Minecraft nick and exactly what you purchased.
