Bug Report
Found a bug, a glitch, or something that isn't working right? Let us know and help the server get fixed faster.
01 Where to report a bug
- Open our Discord and open a ticket in the support channel.
- Don't report bugs in the general chat or in DMs to admins — they easily get lost there.
02 What to include
- Your Minecraft nick.
- The location where the bug happened (e.g. specific coordinates or area).
- What exactly happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Steps to reproduce the bug — exactly what you did before it occurred.
- A screenshot or video if possible — it makes finding the cause much easier.
- An approximate time when it happened.
03 What happens next
- The team reviews the report and follows up in your ticket if more information is needed.
- Abusing a bug instead of reporting it is handled under the server rules.
